We have combined our experience and passion to create a retreat that unites physical health, spiritual immersion and nutritious food. Siigurd contributes his expertise in diet, nutrition, yoga, and respiratory therapy.
Anaya brings her knowledge of yoga, meditation and plant medicine. Together we create a holistic experience that promotes balance, inner peace and transformation - through both body and soul. Heart Rate Heart rate -- the number of heartbeats per minute -- is a key indicator of the body's health. A calm resting heart rate reflects inner balance, while an elevated frequency is often associated with stress. Through guided yoga, meditation and breathing work, we help you find calm and strengthen your body's natural rhythm. Green Kitchen Our cuisine is based on plant-based food, rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains and fermented raw materials. These foods strengthen the immune system and support the body's natural healing processes. You'll gain hands-on experience with cooking, recipes you can take home, and insights into how food can be medicine. By uniting a healthy nervous system with nutritious diet, the retreat offers a pervasive approach to health, energy and quality of life. About Siigurd
I have worked in nutrition, health and personal development for over 30 years. My approach combines evidence-based knowledge about diet with yoga and respiratory therapy—tools that work together to strengthen both body and mind. My focus is simple: to support people in finding balance through natural, healing food and conscious presence. As a respiratory therapist, I guide you to a deeper breath and greater inner peace. As a yoga teacher, I create space for movement, anchoring and strength. It is my passion to share the knowledge I have built and inspire people to live a life of more energy, joy and presence. About the Anaya I believe that change starts from within — when we begin to listen to ourselves and be present in what is. My curiosity has taken me far afield — from yoga in India to herbal medicine and energy work in South America. Along the way, I have gathered tools and experiences that I use to work holistically with both body, mind and energy. I've immersed myself in different styles of yoga, reiki, breathing techniques, meditation and full-body de-armouring — methods that all support you in finding calm, letting go of tension and getting closer to yourself. Parking
Parking must take place at Dronningmølle Station - about 5 mins walk from Poppel Allé 25, 3120 Dronningmølle. The entrance is in the middle of the rafter fence.
